• Retain ownership of your content

• Grant COORD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering our Services (e.g., virtual wardrobe, outfit ideas, try-on)

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the COORD platform (excluding user content) are owned by COORD Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without express permission.

5. Marketplace and Third-Party Links

• The COORD marketplace may feature products from third parties, including UK charities and indie fashion brands.

• COORD does not control these third-party offerings and is not responsible for product quality, availability, or transactions.

• Any third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

• COORD is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

• We do not guarantee that style suggestions, try-on features, or product recommendations will meet your expectations or be error-free.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COORD Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
